Many times I wonder which program is causing the lack of performance. Is it internet, or a scan by virus program or...
My Idea is to allow user to request a histogram of programs running and times they are taking. This would simply log the time each program running is taking. I KNOW TASK MANAGER CAN DO, BUT really it is so slow that you can not tell who is using time, or you can see how much time cpu is running. This does not tell you which of many tasks are hogging time.
